It looks like something has corrupted your winload. First try to just restart your PC one time and see if it just fixes it on it’s own. Sometimes it messes up once but then fixes itself.
If that does not work then try this: You need to create an installation media for windows 10 on a USB disk. Open advanced startup and hit repair PC.

Do it 3 times. You may only need to do it twice, but on the third start Windows will boot into the recovery environment. In reply to FernandoYebra1’s post on October 23, I am at a library at the moment but the computers do not allow me to run the application. It may be worth it to ask someone there to allow you to download the installation media if they are blocking downloads.
Especially if restarting 3 times does not lead you to the recovery environment; the installation media is all that remains. Or an original disk for windows This site in other languages x.
